- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an SAP PM Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance modules, including equipment and technical objects, maintenance planning, work order management, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PM functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementation or support projects.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and end-users.
- Experience in integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP Plant Maintenance.
