- 10-month max term contract with potential to extend.
- High profile renewable project based at Wagerup Power Station.
- Supportive and collaborative team with exposure to renewable projects.
- Implement and administer project specific management plans such as design, quality, resource and procurement.
- Foster robust connections with project personnel, including project engineers, to ensure effective collaboration.
- Provide updates on project delivery progress and stage assessments according to agreed reporting channels.
- Enhance the productivity of the work team by demonstrating effective personal behaviour.
- Carry out the construction plan and monitor progress on a daily basis in respect of time, costs and quality.
- Showcase dedication to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) through personal leadership, setting an example, and actively participating in monitoring established work practices.
- Trade qualification in construction or related discipline, post trade qualification in construction is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated history of exceptional supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in managing contracts and overseeing contractors' operations.
- Demonstrated field leadership experience on major construction projects.

About the role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction supervisor will be responsible for overseeing contractor and subcontractor groups on-site daily to ensure adherence to design, technical, and quality standards within safety guidelines and within specified time and budget constraints. The Construction Supervisor plays a crucial role in promoting our safety culture and standards.
