    What does the job look like?

    The Linfox Healthcare team provide innovative and industry leading warehousing and distribution services for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Account Manager who shares our vision or operational excellence and can ensure we continue to meet our commitment to highly valued customers through the provision of quality service and operational efficiency.

    Through a proactive approach to relationship management, this role is integral to facilitate customer retention and growth in share of wallet by ensuring we meet our operational commitment to remain the logistics provider of choice across the Healthcare sector. Key areas:

    • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure service delivery is in line with contractual commitments
    • Research and analysis of existing and prospective customers and development of marketing material to facilitate organic growth
    • Proactive management of customer relationships, facilitate BOR's, and contractual reporting
    • Provide operational and financial insights to a variety of stakeholders and support tenders, pricing and presentations based on customer requirements positioning Linfox as the Healthcare supply chain solution of choice
    • Reviewing and establishing customer contracts & agreements for new and existing customers
    • Manage new customer integration and ensure a seamless transition to a successful implementation

    As a passionate Healthcare supply chain professional, you will rely on your drive, resilience and commercial acumen to delight our customers with a partnership approach to solution selling. You can demonstrate:

    • Ideally experience in business development or account management within a complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Device supply chain environment or operational experience with a proactive approach to relationship management
    • Providing client-focused solutions in a fast-paced multi customer environment
    • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, cost-to-serve and commercial analytics
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and/or agreements
    • Self-motivated, analytical and methodical to drive results
