- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- Sound knowledge of aged care practices and principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
