About the role

Register project documentation from internal and external sources by promptly and accurately recording details in the relevant Document Management Systems.

Distribute project data to stakeholders as requested in a timely manner.

Provide general document control support to project teams, including responding to document numbering/revisioning queries, locating data and DMS trouble shooting.

Run reports as requested for both internal and external parties.

Contribute to the improvement of documentation systems and procedures.

·Compliance with the business systems for document management.

About you

Previous experience within a document control position in the engineering sector necessary, at least 1-2 years in a similar role.

Prior use of Document Management Systems including SmartPlant SDx, SharePoint, Aconex and InEight would be an advantage.

Vendor data management experience.

Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail.

Able to communicate at all levels and be part of a team.
