    Northcott are an established Partner in the Community with the NDIS, with a wide reach across 5 service regions in NSW. Working with us as a Partner in the Community means that you are at the forefront of change as the NDIS evolves.

    We are an enthusiastic, fun-loving team of early childhood professionals with the focus of providing a high quality, best practice service within the NDIS partners in the community approach to children and families. We are seeking to expand our team of allied health professionals to join us in the emerging pathway of Early Supports. The skills and experience we are looking for include:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
    • Minimum 3 years experience working in allied health preferably with a paediatric caseload.
    • You will be supporting staff locally and potentially in regional areas.
    • An understanding of early childhood development and the ability to use this knowledge to coach & upskill families in an individualised way – one size does not fit all.
    • Knowledge preferable of 0-9 year old developmental milestones & the impact
    • A desire to drive and improve service delivery to best impact the journey of both families and staff.
    • Experience working with the NDIS scheme is desirable.

    $92,457.22 per annum + super + salary pack.
