Job Summary
JBS Beef City has an opportunity for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join the team in this newly created position. As our Industrial Engineer, you will focus on how to get work completed in the most efficient way.The successful candidate will find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes to achieve targets set in production/processing roles, lead continuous improvement initiatives and devise ways to be more efficient.
This role requires a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated industrial engineering experience (ideally 5+ years) or equivalent industry experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, advanced MS Office skills and experience with Process Improvement Programs including PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean, RCA, SMED and Kaizen.
