The Opportunity
In one of Melbourne's most thriving inner city suburbs, this boutique store is set to take over the health food scene. Committed to serving locally sourced, sustainable acai bowls and smoothies, they will be rolling out a new addition to their menu and expanding across the state.
With already 6 stores in Victoria, this organisation have a new store opening later this year and are seeking a Store Manager to join their cause and build their own portfolio of sites to step up to an Area Manager position.
This isn't your typical Store Manager position, you will recruit and nurture a top-notch team, as well as drive a new menu rollout across all 6 sites.
Currently this operation closes by 5pm each day, and as sales grow will extend hours 2 nights a week closing by 8pm at the latest.
