We are seeking a Clinical Trainer and Assessor (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a on-call basis.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the training and assessment of our disability support workers, ensuring they are fully equipped with the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Registered Nurse, you will leverage your extensive experience to develop and deliver engaging training programs, as well as assess the competency of our support workers team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
• Proven experience in Clinical education, training and assessment within the disability sector
• Strong understanding of NDIS standards and complex care delivery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Right to work in Australia

Job Types: Subcontract, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week

Work Location: In person
