- Being the main point of contact for customers and consistently delivering outstanding customer service throughout their service
- Supporting the customer in the lead up and during the appointment process
- Meeting and greeting customers on the day of their service
- Communicating/internal coordination with colleagues with scheduling of repair orders
- Promoting vehicle parts and accessories as appropriate
- Staying informed of all relevant service campaigns and communicating to customers when required
- Preparing repair orders, invoices and relevant paperwork when required
- Updating customer database and ordering of parts
- Impeccable presentation
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor position
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work with multiple programs
- Confidence dealing with all customer types
- The ability to support a busy, hardworking team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise customer needs and develop ongoing customer relationships
- Technical/Mechanical qualifications would be highly advantageous
