    Job Description

    • You will be responsible for delivering outstanding Quality, Service & Cleanliness, sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.
    • You will supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.
    • You will engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca's Experience to life on each and every shift.
    • You will ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald's experience.
    • You will comply with restaurant safety and security standards which includes investigating all incidents and implementing corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
    • You will escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary.

    Additional Information

    McDonald's has a range of managers courses that will help develop you in to a Shift Manager and further. All courses are paid for by the business. Perfect time to start your career in McDonald's with plenty of development opportunities available locally with a new store in Moama opening later this year.
