- Conducting scheduled cycle counts to adjust stock levels and prevent out of stock SKUs
- Utilizing data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss
- Monitoring negative stock levels and collaborating with the team to address issues
- Promoting continuous improvement through coaching and partnership with the Senior Management team
- Managing stock distribution, stock organization, and training the team on back-of-house policies
- You are open to a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs
- You have previous retail stock management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- You are physically fit for tasks involving lifting boxes up to 15kg
- You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a passion for excellent customer service
- You are dedicated to maintaining a positive culture and ensuring the store reflects the Sephora brand

As the Stockroom Manager at Sephora, you play a vital role as the Inventory Controller ensuring accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and proper storage of products and marketing collateral.
