- Ensure clinical and specialised nursing care needs of residents are being met and documented in an individual resident care plan by clinical staff.
- Maintain the resident and their loved ones at the centre of decision making, ensuring their needs, choices, independence, dignity or identified risks involved in their care plan are considered.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in management role within the aged care sector with a successful and proven track record.
