    About the Home

    Holly Aged Care is conveniently located close to the southern end of the Southern Expressway, with the Onkaparinga River National Park close by. Our home is situated on the bus route to Colonnades Shopping Centre less than five kilometres away, and connected by other transport routes to the wider metropolitan area.

    About the Opportunity

    We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a permanent part time basis on Day Shift, with up to full time hours available.

    Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.

    **Documentation experience highly regarded**

    Your duties will include, but not limited to:

    • Day to day delivery and management of high-quality care needs of residents whilst ensuring that all residents are respected and treated with empathy and dignity
    • Manage and direct PCWs in day-to-day activities for our residents
    • Support the General Manager/Care Manager to fulfil the objectives they have for the effective and efficient management of the facility
    • Recording accurate medical records on each resident in line with the documentation guidelines and the legal issues of report writing
    • Comply with WHS legislation and Policy and Procedures
    • Participate in continuous improvement process and systems

    The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

    • Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with AHPRA
    • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
    • Immunisation record - COVID vaccination mandatory
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
    • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
