Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Panel Beater/Body Builder to join our team at Busways in Blacktown Depot.

This key role will assist in ongoing support of innovative practices as we continue to strive towards being an industry leader in the maintenance of our fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Assess damage to the bus body panels and structures , providing accurate estimates for repair work.
  • Remove and replace damaged panels , hoods, fenders, and other body components using hand and power tools
  • Straighten and repair bent or damaged frame and body structure ensuring it complies with OEM specifications Perform welding and fabrication work as needed to restore structure
