    The Opportunity

    EY's Strategy and Transactions division provides corporate, government and private equity clients with professional transaction advice and services. This includes strategic analysis, deal execution and transaction integration.

    Transaction Strategy and Execution is a dedicated team within EY's Strategy and Transactions division. Our team helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments by covering a wide range of operational aspects.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Manager, you will support and deliver small-medium sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects. Key responsibilities include:

    1. Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients.
    2. Identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time.
    3. Analysing and evaluating a company's financials.
    4. Managing engagement teams and leading by the EY values.
    5. Acting as the main point of contact to our client.
    6. Reporting directly to Directors and Partners.
    7. Supporting in business development activities.
    8. Collaborating widely with the broader Strategy and Transactions division and other teams within EY.

    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates with:

    1. 4+ years of experience.
    2. Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.
    3. Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
    5. Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
    6. Driven, but with high EQ.
    7. Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    8. Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus.
