- Maintaining, loading, packing, and driving vehicles.
- Ensure receiving goods from supplier on timely basis and are not defective, wrong, or damaged.
- Ensure goods received are physically verified and receipted on ERP system.
- Review daily incoming pick lists and ensure picking & packing of goods are distributed to Aggreko depots & project sites, including the completion of distribution orders on ERP system.
- Carry out cycle counting and prepare stores for stock counts.
- Completion of quarterly stock counts and weekly cycle counts.
- Maintaining good housekeeping of central stores.
- Create service orders for service engineers and the follow up of their duties in M3.
- Communication with requesters and buyers on deliveries and discrepancies.
- Responsible for loading & offloading shipments – Courier, Airfreight, Sea Freight and local receipts.
- Help arranging storage of materials on racks / bins/containers on receipt of orders.
- A valid driver's license and forklift license
- Ability to perform warehouse tasks safely, lifting and moving inventory when required.
- Accurate and efficient Data Entry skills. Multiple systems used daily (Outlook, MRP system, online booking systems)
