    We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator or allied health professional who is passionate about reaching outcomes for children and their families.

    Are you experienced in working with children aged 0-9 years, particularly operating within a key worker and multidisciplinary model?

    • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
    • Deliver much needed Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the community
    • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants to get more out of life
    • Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
    • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

    About you

    • Extensive experience in working with children aged 0-9 years and their families
    • Experience in delivering services under the NDIS
    • Strong knowledge of and advocation for the Key Worker model
    • Demonstrated suitability to working within a multidisciplinary team
    • Excellent communication skills, coupled with exceptional time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload
    • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector and delivering high quality, evidence based therapeutic ECI services
    Qualifications
    • Completed degree qualifications in either Early Childhood Education or Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy
    • MUST have current Proficient accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) as a Teacher OR current full registration with the Australian Health Pracititoner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist OR current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) as a Speech Pathologist
