    This role will see you coordinating the day-to-day work and functioning of this team who are undertaking water and waste billing, working with customer accounts and providing general advise on water and waste billing enquires.

    You will lead your team through this daily work, and guide them in process and performance development, all while supporting and fostering strong relationship, stakeholder and customer service skills.

    This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

    Key activities of this role include:

  • Management of water and sewer volumetric charges not limited to Water usage, Sewer usage, Trade Waste usage
  • Coordinate Councils Water Billing management and Trade Waste Billing from end to end
  • Resolve ratepayers and other stakeholder enquiries and complaints in accordance with approved organisational standards
  • Lead and manage operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignment to team members to ensure desired outcomes are met.

    This role provides a commencing salary range of between $96.3 to $115.5k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 11% superannuation.

    A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role,with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available
