    Job Opportunity
    Lycopodium Minerals is currently recruiting for Lead/Senior Piping Engineers to join our growing engineering team in Perth.
    Reporting to the Group Manager - Engineering, this position will involve, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:Providing proficient and accurate design input for the production of mechanical drawingsCoordinating all engineering disciplines in the development of Study/Project designsPiping design and provision of information to draftsmen for the preparation of design drawingsDevelopment and review of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)Reviewing of vendor certified documentation (drawings, data sheets and manuals) and responsibility for the implementation of engineering interface data onto the drawings via the draftsmenConducting timely reviews of Project mechanical drawings to achieve full compliance with design intentPerforming accurate engineering design and calculations in accordance with Project, Client and regulatory standardsInterpreting engineering drawings, documents, specifications and scopesIdentifying scope variations and prepare relevant documentation accordinglyEnsuring correctly specified equipment is sourced to meet project deliverablesRequirements

    The expertise you'll bring:
    Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, or the equivalentMinimum 8 years of experience in Mineral Processing ideally in an EPCM environmentPiping design experience in mineral processing plantsExperience in gold, base metals and iron ore is advantageousAbility to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including Clients, vendors and co-workersSolid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and exceptional knowledge across a broad range of disciplinesProven time management and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationBenefits
