Due to continued growth Georgiou are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing project based construction business.

Working on an exciting new project you will be responsible for ensuring the days planned operational activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy, dynamic and rewarding environment

What we are seeking:

• Previous experience in a commercial construction supervisory position
• Strong ability to monitor a section of work and co-ordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high quality standard
• An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
• Previous experience of managing a large work crew
• Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Excellent safety recordWhat to expect in this role:
• Monitor a part of a project to ensure your section or package of work delivered on time and budget, within quality standards
• Lead and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors daily

*Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan

• Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
• Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
• Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

*Conduct and participate in site meetings (toolboxes, pre-start, inductions and other health and safety requirements)
