EVENT SUPERVISOR

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing Events Services team. You will work across a variety of events including exhibitions, large corporate conferences, and live events, providing seamless communication and coordination with clients to meet and exceed their expectations.

• Main point of contact for events stakeholders during an event.
• Monitor all operational activities, anticipate and rectify any issues.
• Oversee dispatch of client goods to licensed client space.
• Ensure all work activities and relevant information is recorded in our Event Management System (Momentus)

• You will be knowledgeable in using Event Management Systems. (desirable)
• You will have an understanding of events and food & beverage operations.
• You will enjoy working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of your clients.
