    Job Title: Detailer

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Linemac Ford & Mitsubishi in Biloela, Central Queensland.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality products. As a valued member of our team, you will work in a close-knit environment that values professionalism and appreciation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pridefully detailing new & used vehicles for delivery
    • Application of vehicle protective coatings
    • Detailing/Reconditioning used cars extensively for sale
    • Service washing vehicles
    • Organising and tidying stock vehicles
    • Driving tasks (e.g., parts collection and customer pickup and drop off)

    Requirements:

    • Manual driver's licence with a good driving record
    • Experience in buffing and minor paint rectification
    • A keen eye for detail and pride in their individual work
    • Possession of knowledge of our business values
    • Communication skills and a friendly disposition
    • Punctual and well presented
    • The capability to work well solo as well as in a team
    • The ability to maintain a clean and tidy work area

    Compensation:

    $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
