    The service is centrally located, close to public transport and provides a parking spot for the leader.

    With less than 70 children when at full capacity, this role is manageable and comes with less stress than some of the bigger centres in the area.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to really make this service your own.
    We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting.

    You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.

    About the role
    You will oversee the daily operations, including but not limited to:Guiding and mentoring a team of passionate educators
    Supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations,
    Attend to administration tasks
    Develop collaborative partnerships with families
    Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community
    Ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.
    The non-negotiablesDiploma in Child Services (or higher)
    Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting (not negotiable)
    Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
    Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
    Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
