It's a good time to see what more you can find as an Associate Director in our Group Capital team within Group Treasury.

You will support the core functions of Group Treasury, drive enterprise results, maintain a strong balance sheet and appropriate risk appetite to support customers

Key Responsibilities include:
Raising or returning capital as appropriate (via dividend management, liability management, hybrid and common equity issuance and share buy backs);
Supporting Investment Bank and Supplier selection;
Managing and optimising capital flows across our offshore Branches and Subsidiaries; and
Working closely with broader Treasury functions (Funding, Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity) to ensure optimal outcomes.
Your Skills and ExperienceUnderstanding of Treasury, Markets or Corporate Finance.
Strong level of quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Plans effectively and takes accountability for delivering on expectations.
Post graduate qualification in accounting and/or Finance, CFA, Master of Finance, CA or CPA preferred.
Experience in either Treasury, Financial Markets or consulting and/or assurance functions relating to Treasury or Markets.
