    The Opportunity

    We are looking for an External Stakeholder Relations Senior Advisor to join our expanding Marketing & Communications team reporting directly to the Group Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications.

    In this instrumental role as the newly introduced External Stakeholder Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in in amplifying our company's profile by strengthening and maintaining our engagement with government, media and industry stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

    You will cultivate awareness and understanding of our industry-leading position through strategic stakeholder engagement, by crafting compelling and targeted communications materials to bolster interactions, and by nurturing exceptionally professional relationships.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an ANZ media strategy, that elevates understanding and engagement with the Acciona brand, nationally and locally. .
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated approach for Federal and State Government engagement, complemented by strategic industry engagement, and a targeted plan for ACCIONA's ANZ CEO.
    • Monitor, measure and report on progress, impact and outcomes.
    • Identify and craft strategic and tactical communications to support, complement and amplify engagement.
    • Establish internal policies and procedures to enable consistent representation across the organisation.
    • Own and execute the Crisis Communications Plan.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Expertise in the management of government and media relations in Australia.
    • Extensive communications experience spanning multiple disciplines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Excellent networking and collaboration skills.
