- Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations for the One Touch Service Department.
- Ensure that the link between our guests and the hotel operation is always maintained.
- Direct the team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- To fully utilise the hotel's guest request logging systems, ensuring that all guest requests are met within established time frames

- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office.

- Excellent English as a second language, knowledge of another language advantageous
- Always displays a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
