Shifts Available:

Day Shift: Commences at 4:30 am

Afternoon Shift: Commences at 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance LF equipment efficiently in a fast-paced transport environment.
• Perform tasks with a 70% forklift operating and 30% off-forklift split.
• Adapt to varying demands and priorities within the logistics space.
• Maintain honesty, transparency, and a positive attitude towards work.
• Ensure adherence to transport operations standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a counterbalance LF operator in a transport or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to jump on and off the forklift as required.
• Sound understanding of transport operations within a logistics context.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
