- Monday to Friday role (Sundays with overtime, but not essential)

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines and cleanliness standards
- Highlight a creative approach to menu development and a willingness to experiment with new flavours and techniques
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure clear understanding of tasks and goals
- Bulk production or fast paced restaurant/cafe experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a chef
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
