    Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as the Head of Risk and Control Advisory. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days of office presence per week.

    • Evaluate operational risk across the organization through strategic planning and implementation of effective controls.

    • Promote a culture of excellence by fostering strong relationships between stakeholders including audit, compliance, business leaders, and regulatory bodies.

    • Foster innovation within our operations management practices while ensuring all necessary procedures adhere to changing regulatory requirements.

    • Raise awareness about critical internal risks among senior leadership using clear communication strategies that promote proactive thinking and informed decision-making processes for best results during key meetings like Project Steering Committees & other high-level forums.
