About the Company:

A unique opportunity to join a WA Property Developer that recently started their own construction division. With a team of 20+ construction professionals with extensive industry experience they are focused on building exceptional projects for their development arm. With a range of projects in the luxury apartment market they are about to commence construction on a custom student accommodation project in the southern suburbs.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying
• Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $20m+ in commercial construction
• Previous experience with Procore is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
