    At BASF we are entering an exciting time within our Agriculture business with an existing portfolio of world class products and a pipeline of new products that will bring significant benefits to the agriculture industry.

    As the Broadacre Technical Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing programs to drive market development and establish a strong technical positioning for the BASF portfolio in the field. Additionally, you will provide technical information, training, demonstration, and assistance in resolving complaints to support the Broadacre Specialists.

    You'll:

    • Facilitate the introduction and launch transition of BASF products into the market.
    • Provide product information, label updates, and technical results to key contacts and Broadacre Specialists.
    • Develop protocols and initiate trials to answer product use questions.
    • Provide feedback on market opportunities for existing portfolio and potential new products.
    • Provide technical link between R&D and the marketplace.

    To be successful in this role, you'll possess the skills to interpret and translate technical data into compelling messaging that promotes our technology and products. Effective communication will be second nature to you, enabling you to cultivate and influence relationships with strategic partners.

    You'll:

    • Hold a Bachelor of Agricultural Science / Agronomy or equivalent / relevant technical experience.
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst keeping various stakeholders up to date.
    • Be customer focused and able to work autonomously to reach goals and deadlines.
    • Be proactive and adaptable.
