Develop and own the inventory plan and execution for the market. Drive inventory optimization opportunity analysis and deployment
Own the communication strategy to the commercial team for supply issues. Lead commercial meetings to review pipelines and manage country fulfillment
Co-lead with Demand Planning to drive consensus discussions with Commercial team and Finance in country or cluster level S&OP
Lead the strategic stock build planning for the market driven by import license registration, M&A, supply issue, etc
Manage back-order risks with Supply (Network) Planner and communicate to commercial teams
Monitor customer limits and rebalance product allocation, when needed in cooperation with marketing partners.
Responsible for independently managing new product launches and product phase outs within the market or cluster
Support across all import portfolios for proposals on supply issue resolution and provide recommendations for stakeholder's approval
Build and maintain reports for commercial team including transfer orders and customer-specific reports
Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred) and have a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in supply chain management.
You should have a detailed working knowledge of effective Supply Chain performance, including Operations management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to change are essential.
Proficiency in planning systems such as Rapid response is highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of import/export regulations.
APICS certification is a plus.
Basic Project management skill and lean/continuous improvement.

A fantastic opportunity as a Senior Market Planner has opened up. In this role, you will have the vital task of overseeing inventory management at the country or cluster level. Reporting to the Planning and Demand Manager, you will play a crucial role in assessing and addressing supply exceptions, ensuring seamless communication among various teams including the commercial team, customer support, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Network Planners, and fulfillment teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in effectively implementing strategies to bridge any gaps between inventory and customer demand, particularly in import markets.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Supply (Network) Planners to tackle supply and inventory challenges in the short and medium term. You will also be responsible for devising and executing inventory plans, identifying optimization opportunities, and analyzing discrepancies. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you lead commercial meetings, assess pipelines, and oversee country fulfillment. Additionally, you will facilitate productive dialogues with the Commercial team and Finance during S&OP meetings at the country or cluster level to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
