    The successful candidate will lead a well-established, high-quality early childhood education center committed to providing exceptional care and education for children from infancy to preschool age.

    About the role

    As our Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment for our children while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

    We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards such as the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
    • Cultivating strong community relationships to enrich the experiences of our children and families.
    • Upholding and enhancing our centre's A&R rating.
    • Empowering and mentoring our team of educators to deliver best practices.
    • Maintaining the impeccable presentation of our centre's indoor and outdoor spaces.
    • Efficiently managing rosters and attendance.
    • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with all families.
    • Overseeing day-to-day operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
    • Providing leadership, support, and guidance to staff and students.
    • Fostering a cohesive and positive work environment.

    The non-negotiables

    • Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
    • Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting (not negotiable)
    • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
    • Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
    • Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
