    Gough Recruitment are excited to be working with a long established Strata Company with a stellar reputation in the Strata Industry. With an experienced team lead by a panel of professional Directors, this office always ensure to provide the best possible service to their customers. Currently seeking a Trainee Strata Manager to slot into this high performing team, this is a role for a talented individual looking to step up their career with a forward thinking team.

    The Role;
    Working in a professional yet fun working environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service. Working closely with a well-established team, you will exceed all clients' expectations. You will be responsible for:

    • Relief strata management role
    • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
    • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
    • Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
    • Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
    • Convene and conduct meetings
    • Periodic inspections
    • Administration

    The Candidate;

    • Previous Strata Assistant or Property Management experience is preferred however not essential
    • Ideally have current Certificate of Registration
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
    • Have a high level of computer skills
    • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
