- Developing an extensive knowledge of the technical solution, business processes and user base to deliver efficient and effective outcomes for GovTEAMS
- Applying critical thinking to proactively address challenges, deconstruct problems and form innovative solutions that give consideration to business impact and potential risks
- Conducting research and analysis to translate business needs into requirements including using structured tools and techniques, such as documenting high-level and detailed requirements, mapping business processes and creating user stories
- Providing expert advice and assistance to system users, investigating complex issues and monitoring user feedback
- Maintaining the product backlog and engaging with stakeholders to coordinate prioritisation, sprint planning, development phases, user acceptance testing and releases
- Demonstrated understanding of the requirements
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver the requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering similar services to organisation similar to that of the buyer
