    What you'll do:

    • Contribute to the development of the business unit against strategic goals.
    • Represent and promote the business with the local and regional markets.
    • Opportunity to mentor and support the development of the junior team; leading by example.
    • Undertake lead of engineering design and documentation for our current and multidisciplinary projects.
    • Communicate effectively with all external (clients, authorities) and internal (colleagues, managers).
    • Deliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and time.

    What we'll love about you:

    • MUST have previous experience working on projects within the building space for a consulting company.
    • Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering or related degree; working towards Chartership is essential
    • Minimum of 2 year post graduate experience working within the local Building Services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards
    • Ability to demonstrate technical excellence from initial tender through to design engineering, cost management and completion.
    • Ability to lead, train and mentor Graduate engineers and communicate effectively at all levels.
    • Understanding and confidence in driving excellent client management experiences.
