    Job Description:


    We support adolescents who cannot live with their families and may have Child Protection Orders, requiring out-of-home care.


    This role involves providing around-the-clock care as part of a team to help young people in our care placements thrive.


    • Build positive relationships with young people and your team
    • Follow a routine developed for each young person's needs
    • Transport young people to and from school, day programs and appointments
    • Assist in the implementation of programs designed for growth and development
