Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning of equipment, crockery, and utensils in the kitchen.
2. Assisting in various kitchen areas as needed.
3. Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene to meet food safety regulations.
4. Complying with Workplace Health and Safety procedures.

Essential Requirements:

1. Proven experience working in large, high-volume commercial kitchens.
2. Correct and safe manual handling practices.
3. Knowledge and experience with chemical handling.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
