    The Role

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Product Manager, Compounding at Baxter Healthcare. In this role you will support the Marketing team including Product Managers and Marketing Manager with the development and execution of marketing strategy against target segments and implementing key projects to support the strategies across the Compounding portfolio.

    Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Manager, you will work on coordinating the digital customer communication channels supporting the sales team, while championing new opportunities in line with the Business Unit strategy.

    While we prefer the role to be based in Sydney, we will be open to considering candidates based in other States.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the current and future strategy for the ANZ compounding business
    • Assist in co-ordinating conference/trade shows & product launch events for the Compounding portfolio inclusive of stand build, communication of events, preparation of the event collateral/communication pieces to ensure conference/meeting event objectives are met and executed flawlessly
    • Work with Marketing and Commercial Excellence team to update, maintain and create content on Company website
    • Assist with execution of content for the Company website email campaigns to drive traffic to the website to meet the scheduled timeframes
    • Assist with general marketing activities
    • Project manage key strategic projects.

    Key Requirements of the role include:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Science or related fields
    • Advanced PC skills (Windows), particularly Spread Sheet skills (Excel)
    • Experience in marketing speciality medical products is good to have
    • Be willing to continuing development of marketing skills/competencies
    • Demonstrated tenacity and integrity when dealing with complex market/customer issues
    • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
    • Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
    • Able to function in a high capacity within a team environment
    • The ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed
    • Professional approach to direction and implementation of ideas and programs
    • Aptitude for learning and development and a collaborative team approach
    • Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding products
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
