    Description

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the retail sector through cutting-edge technology? Our client , a global food restaurant chain is on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to provide supportt for a network refresh project. This role is central to enhancing in-store technology through deployment, asset management, and continual improvement processes.

    Location: Frenchs Forest, NSW (Hybrid; Onsite with some remote work)

    Duration: 3-6 months contract

    The Role:

    Actively participate as a member of the team to deliver optimum technology solutions to our customers.

    You will:

    • Conduct a thorough and compliant project planning process. Owning everything from scope review, cost models and gantt charts; to matching delivery resources, and chairing customer 'kick-off' meetings
    • Monitor and manage all facets of your designated projects, proactively identify resourcing needs, and assign specific fulfillment responsibilities to the team
    • Effectively apply your knowledge of project management methodologies - and your aptitude for fast, logic-based decision-making - to quickly solve project issues as they arise. You will ensure the project status, timeframes, expenses, deliverables, scope changes and risks are all in your sights
    • Analyse project profitability and billing forecast changes as required and apply professional experience in managing complex projects in a creative way
      • In your Project Management career to date, you have been at your happiest whilst working in highly team spirited, busy PMO's. Customers and colleagues warm to your capacity for empathy and honest communication style. Management quickly learn that you are someone who can be trusted to get the job done, to a high standard
      • Calm, creative and quick witted, you thrive when given autonomous accountability for projects under your management. Help is there if you need it, but you prefer to draw on your experiences to present solutions (rather than problems) whenever you can
      • Specific market sector experience isn't a consideration in hiring for this role, however you will have operated successfully in a high-octane industry (e.g. retail / law firms) previously, managing multiple projects and actions concurrently. You will understand the need to flex in the face of frequently changing priorities, and fast-moving multi-tasking is well within your comfort zone
