    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to individuals with diverse mental health conditions.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

    • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and crisis interventions as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing and valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse in Australia.
    • Post-grad mental health qualification
    • Proven experience in mental health nursing, demonstrating a strong understanding of various mental health disorders and treatments.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience working within mental health desired.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
    • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care, showing sensitivity to individual needs.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.
