    What You Will Be Doing

    The Allied Health Informatics Lead will support the strategic direction of Allied Health clinical care and operations by enhancing their digital capability. They will provide informatics leadership and facilitate engagement of Allied Health clinicians in digital health workflows, including accessing real time data that informs strategic workforce decision-making and enables allied health to continuously improve service delivery and patient outcomes. The Allied Health Informatics Lead is an integral member of the Allied Health leadership team. They will work collaboratively with Digital Health staff and Allied Health managers and clinicians to optimise clinical workflows and implement strategic objectives to innovate practices and standardise processes that support the allied health workforce.

    What You Need

    We anticipate you will have:

    • Relevant degree in an Allied Health therapy profession

    • Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the relevant professional body

    • Comprehensive understanding of EHR functionality to support Allied Health workflows

    • Clinical informatics experience in a health setting

    • A positive and effective track record of innovation, continuous improvement and change management
