    Your main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Interpret and define relevant standards for application across service centres
    • Conduct fault finding electrical/mechanical testing rotating equipment.
    • Provide Quality Assurance inspection for overhauled rotating equipment
    • Troubleshoot issues with electro-mechanical rotating machines in service centre and on-site.
    • Root cause analysis (RCA) of issues, and recommendations of repair and upgrades.
    • Develop technical report and proposal, and support cost estimation
    • Support Service Centres with overhaul and asset maintenance projects.
    • Support quality team conducing internal audits and preparing for external audits.
    • Initiate and participate in the planning and development of engineering policies and procedures.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Professional Engineering Registration
    • 10+ years technical experience with electrical rotating equipment services
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • Experience conducting and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
    • A technical background in engineering preferably in power generation heavy industry
    • Machine diagnostics (electrical testing/vibration analysis) is a plus
