    Job Title: Bookkeeper

    About Our Client

    We have a long-standing relationship with our client, a well-established public practice firm in Melbourne.

    With two offices across the city, they have built a reputation for exceptional service and expertise.

    About the Role

    • Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS), including GST reconciliations
    • Strong working knowledge of Payroll, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), Superannuation, Workcover, and Payroll tax
    • Advanced working knowledge of multiple accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, Reckon, QuickBooks, and Cashflow Manager
    • Collaborate with clients to provide software training and support
    • Assist accountants with accounts preparation

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum Certificate IV in bookkeeping
    • At least 3 years of experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping firm
    • Proficiency in Xero and its ecosystem
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Genuine passion for supporting small businesses

    What We Offer

    • A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation
