- Proven experience working as an Organisational Change Lead or Business Change Manager, and contemporary knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, practices and tools.
- Ability to translate change and engagement strategy into operational goals and create a shared sense of purpose with both the client agency and internal Program team.
- Expertise in change management and project planning, including ability to analyse and report on complex issues, evaluate associated risks, identify and profile business benefits.
- Experience working in the financial sector within government and Information Technology (IT) industry would be highly desirable.

Our client URGENTLY requires an Organisational Change Lead for 6 months + Contract in Darwin.The Organisational Change Lead will develop and implement the change management strategy/plan, training strategy/plan, and associated artefacts to support the project in implementing required organisational change management activities for the delivery of a contemporary multi-stream revenue management solution.
