    **AUCKLAND BASED role - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE**

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Driving success across New Zealand Manage relationships with leading retailers, orchestrate Go-To-Market strategies, and own P&L across core verticals. Make an impact with your strategic mindset and customer/category-centric approach (Across Baby, Pet, Household, Beauty, Wellness).

    ABOUT YOU:
  • Proven track record in national account management, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the 4P framework and experience in executing category strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in category management or shopper marketing is desirable .
