- Lead the development and implementation of engagement strategies to foster partnerships within I&A, CBMO, and other business units.
- Utilize data and analytics to strategically position the I&A team within the organization.
- Drive brand strategy development for NPS, a key component of I&A, to enhance employee awareness and engagement.
- Develop and drive an engagement strategy to create strong partnerships between I&A, CBMO, and other business units.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic positioning of the I&A team within the organization.
- Articulate the intent and outcomes of I&A work through an employee and customer lens.
- Drive the development of the brand strategy for NPS, ensuring employee awareness and consistent understanding.
- Interface with corporate affairs and other key divisions to drive internal communication activities and alignment.
- Support the Head of I&A in developing communication within the organization, including monthly NPS updates in CEO comms.
- Ensure timely communication of NPS insights and updates on all digital and EDM assets on a monthly basis.
- Work with I&A leads to support the rollout of programs across the organization.
- Align I&A comms and program rollouts with broader brand and marketing plans.
- Align comms plan and updates against annual strategies.
- Understand internal communications plans and channels.
- Monitor NPS score and OHI scorecard for I&A to measure performance and effectiveness.
- Track NPS employee engagement metrics, such as attendance at town halls and playbacks.
- Measure awareness of I&A capabilities and deliverables within the organization.
- Experience in developing and driving engagement strategies within a large organization.
- Strong background in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts through effective communication.
- Experience in brand strategy development and internal communications.
- Proven track record of driving alignment with broader organizational goals and roadmaps.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
- Familiarity with marketing calendars and corporate communications.
