    The Role
    As a key support to the Consulting Operations Manager, the Support role is dedicated to delivering a high standard of administrative assistance to the Consulting Operations Team. The role will ensure the smooth development and maintenance of our business systems while also aiding in risk mitigation and fulfilling Northrop's compliance requirements.

    You will be responsible providing a high level of project support to support strategic initiatives such as supporting internal project implementation, supporting IMS development and maintaining our IMS, and assisting with updating and maintaining our compliance register.

    You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Consulting Operations Manager.

    Day to day responsibilities include:

    • Promptly answer ops queries, OFI's, requests and triaging to internal teams as required.
    • Assisting with travel arrangements.
    • Assist in reporting, drafting of papers, minute taking, agenda coordination.
    • Maintaining document management adhering to version control and naming conventions.
    • Assist with managing company registrations, maintenance of compliance register.
    • Support external auditing process and internal project audits.
    • Support roll out of national programs including policy and process changes.
    • Maintaining project tracking system for the Consulting Ops Team, coordinating project meetings and stakeholder communications.
    • Assisting with timesheets and expenses.
    • Assisting with other administrative duties as required.

    • Proficient computer skills: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
    • Experience working in a similar environment highly preferred: Engineering, construction, professional services.

    • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads.
    • Be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
