Job summary
We are looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others -through small moments that leave big impacts.Responsibilities
- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities.
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning laundry and ironing.
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan.
